It is also very supportive for those women who experience excessive blood loss during their menstruation, or those suffering from anemia.

The formula also contains Molybdenum with the Iron as they work synergistically together and help the body to process the iron and nitrogen in our diets. It is an antioxidant trace mineral which plays an essential part in the mobilisation of iron from the liver.

Recommendation: 1 capsule taken daily
